Nick Blanton was great during all aspects of the job. Professional, courteous, smart, and humble. I was going to offer him a job until I realized what his last name was!

On the morning we were to close on the sale of this home a water line leak was discovered in the front yard. Called Streamline Services and they were there within 90 minutes. We showed Brandon where we thought the leak was. Brandon dug down exactly where the leak was, cut out the cracked piece of water line and replaced it. He spent approximately 30-45 minutes on the repair. We were charged $855.00, they waived the dispatch fee ($79). I ask Brandon if they could possibly reduce the bill because he was able to locate the leak instantly. He contacted his supervisor and was told that they could not reduce my bill. We called Streamline because they had done work for us in the past and we were pleased. On this call we were in a bind to get the repair done before closing and simply trusted them to do right by us. We simply feel that basically charging us nearly $1,700 per hour is ridiculous. Brandon was great, but I will not be calling Streamline in the future and will not recommend them.

William is simply outstanding. Always responsive, on time, communicative and takes the time to explain the problem and solution. I could not recommend him more highly.

Saved me time and money! My AC unit was broken and I thought I was going to have to replace the entire system. I called Piedmont Metro and they conveniently and efficiently fixed the problem. So, I did not need to replace the unit. It is still running great a couple of years later. They were prompt and professional. They offer great service and great value!
