Our water heater died from old age and Streamline Services had someone out to look at it the same day. Brandon assessed the situation, advised us that we needed a replacement, and we took the opportunity to upgrade from an electric tank heater to a gas tankless heater. Brandon was back the next day with Jacob as electrician to run the new gas line and electrical for the tankless heater. They got everything done as efficiently as possible. They were courteous and professional throughout. Jacob even asked if we had any other concerns while he was there and found and replaced a switch that had a shoddy repair done in the past.We were very pleased with their service and are happy to have started a maintenance plan with the company.

During a time when customer service is at an all time low, due to worker shortages and increased demand, it's incredibly refreshing to call a business, have the owner answer the phone and and have same-day availability! Mr. William arrived within an hour of my call to fix my HVAC system that was not blowing hot or cold air. He asked if I wanted to watch him repair the unit and I enthusiastically said yes! Not many people take the time to walk you through through every step of the diagnostic tests. Once he pinpointed the issues (a safety feature that cut the system off and some faulty repairs from a previous HVAC company), I was quoted a price to repair, I signed off on the work and and my unit was back to operational within the hour. The whole process was informative, transparent and easy. Then I found out he not only repairs HVAC, but also plumbing and electrical. Last but not least, I love to support locally owned and operated, Black businesses. This was an all-around great experience and I will be calling again.

Wow!! I was hoping to get my emergent plumbing repair done same day on a Saturday and what I got was a completed plumbing repair and renewed hope for service contractors. Mark at JD service now was excellent!!! His service was superb and he went above and beyond in helping me understand the plumbing needs in my house. We will definitely use them again.

Fantastic experience working with Honey Do!! They were incredibly prompt in their responses and their pricing (for a variety of services) was reasonable as well. Most importantly, during the job itself, they went above and beyond what I expected and achieved results that went well past my initial expectations. We're looking forward to working with them again.

If I could leave no stars I would. There are not enough hours in the day to describe all the terrible things about this company. Robert is one of the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my life. I had no choice but to use them as they were contracted by the granite company. TWO MONTHS later and the issue still hasn't been resolved. On five different occasions Robert set up appointments and was a no-show without any sort of call. It took a very unhappy call from me to finally get him to send someone and then the repair job was horrific leaving me 6 holes in my wall. The electrician was nice and said he would come back out to do more work to repair it, but Robert never scheduled him to come back out and will not return my calls.
