I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Awesome!! I use CW and Full Stack for our construction company (renovations, new builds etc) and have never had an issue. This call was for my Church, we had them take care of a difficult commercial triple sink installation. Communication was great, showed when they stated, knock3ed the job out fast AND cleaned up after.

He was very prompt to call within a few minutes of my request being sent at 9:30 PM. He is very knowledgeable and communicates well. He was able to get things resolved for me within an hour of arrival and even found the clean out that the utility company could not!

Bizzy Bee operates with integrity. Although my repair person was extremely late, he kept in contact with me, letting me know his status, as his previous appointment turned out to be both a true emergency and a huge (bigger than expected) job. He offered to reschedule so as not to inconvenience me, but I preferred to keep the appointment for that day. The work was completed on the day promised. I have used Bizzy Bee on several other occasions and have always been satisfied.
