Service was timely and quick. Our experience with Roto-Rooter and plumber Wayne Newsome (Tech #3112) was great. He was very responsive to our needs and resolved our plumbing issues! We will definitely call on Roto-Rooter again!

I had a water main break that required extensive digging which also included installing a cleanout. After several hours of determining the source of the blockage, Roto-Rooter sent the most qualified technician - Matt G (tech #4519)! He was professional and courteous. I told him I really needed to have the cleanout completed today. He said he would do all that he could to make sure the project was completed. He did! He also worked very hard to ensure the cleanout was installed in the right place. The roots were removed and the broken pipe was replaced. I appreciate your service, and Roto-Rooter, you should be happy you have him. Brown Brothers have serviced my back flow preventer device (annual certification required) every year since I moved into my new house in 1999.
