Terrible experience. I was told they were going to call me before they arrived to tell me their eta but did not. When Todd Bryant from Roto-Rooter arrived, he looked at the leak for 30 seconds (no exaggeration) before telling me it would be $1200. He explained nothing, it was terrible customer service, and not a business I would work with. Since I had prior knowledge to the issue of needing a patch and the cost associated, we obviously did not use them. Luckily, I got an estimate from Bizzy Bee Plumbing for $300 (who I could't rave about more-they're amazing, I'd highly recommend them) and we obviously used Bizzy Bee and the leak is fixed! Again, did NOT use Roto-Rooter and would not recommend them to anyone.

Mike (#3444) and Eugene (#5757) helped with a pin-hole leak in my garage in the middle of the night. They were very helpful.

This company came highly recommended to me from many of our neighbors. I had a good experience with Jordan plumbing. I called on Saturday morning, and we got scheduled for my non-urgent problem for Monday afternoon. The job (flange repair and install of toilet downstairs and replacing a persistent leaky toilets upstairs) took about 2.5 hours with two men. They were careful and didn’t rush. I am a new homeowner and everything feels painfully expensive to me, but I think the charge was comparable to other companies. I will use this company again and recommend to my friends!

Very considerate young man . Extremely professional and such an excellent example of an employee to represent a great Raleigh company. He should be in sales as his knowledge of plumbing is amazing. He arrived within about an hour of my call.. Amazing.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.

I called Jones Plumbing at 3:30pm and they had plumbers at my place at 5pm the same day. The guys came in and fixed my issue in no time flat....thanks Jones Plumbing....I definitely will be using you guys again in the future.
