I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

They were able to come on Christmas Eve to fix my faucet, a last minute emergency! I was expecting guests for a huge Christmas dinner and had no water! They were prompt, professional, and very thorough. They saved me from a nightmare situation on a day when many people needed help (freezing weather, broken pipes), yet they fit me in. Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line. Jordan Plumbing did all the plumbing on our new structure. Instant electric water heater, dish washer, septic with pump up hill as well as all the usual plumbing. Prompt, efficient, responsive and providing high quality work. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Like everyone else, my Home Warranty sent us Modern Plumbing. At first, I was impressed. The quote was great, we got a second opinion and they said they couldn’t beat Moderns quote. We had them fix our lift pump for the basement (not covered by Home Warranty).After they dug up the yard, the quote went up $700 mysteriously. That wasn’t even the worse part!They cleaned out all our plumbing pipes, commenting on how they were full of baby wipes (from the previous owners). A couple hours after the job, my dogs were covered in what I thought was mud. After investing, the ‘mud’ the dogs were playing in was THE WASTE FROM THE CLEAN OUT (baby wipes and all).Needless to say, we are contacting DHEC in the morning!
