After Hours Plumbing was great to work with. They were responsive, friendly on the phone and in person. Nate was down in the crawl space investigating one issue and found another that would have cost us headaches if he had not spotted it. It was a great experience all around!

We would like to express our gratitude to Plumbing Giant for the excellent service we received. Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

I returned this week from travel to find pipes frozen and burst in my Carrboro basement. I called Sparrow and was told that because of a backlog of work, it might be a week before they could get to me but would put me on a waitlist. An hour later they called and said a plumber was on his way. The two plumbers who arrived were upbeat and helpful, and together they replaced the broken fittings, reinsulated the pipes and had the water back on within an hour. I give the service five stars. I haven’t seen the bill yet and will reserve an overall five stars till I do. Thank you, folks at Sparrow & Sons, for getting me up and running again.

All good characteristics. Leighton came today and did the most thorough and effective service visit for our A/C than we have ever had. It was fantastic. He found a wearing relay and certainly saved us an emergency visit down the road.

Great to work with helping change out some high light fixtures. Easy to communicate with. Upfront about pricing. Will use again and would recommend.
