I had called Jacob at Sound Mechanical because I heard water dripping underneath the floor in my kitchen in the crawl space. I made the call around 7am and explained over the phone what I heard and was concerned that a pipe had burst or sprung a leak. Jacob responded that they had a full day of scheduled appointments but would send someone over as soon as they had met the needs of there previously scheduled appointments.He mentioned I would receive a call from one of the employees as soon as they became free. I went to my office and was Pleasantly surprised with a call around the noon hour. The said they could be at my house within a half hour. I went home and the plumber was there 10 minutes earlier than expected. I explained what was happening and showed where the crawl space access was. Within 30 minutes the plumber was completely done and the leak was found and repaired with explanation of what he had found. Problem solved! I have refereed Sound plumbing to multiple friends prior to this repair that I personally needed. All of them praised and thanked me for referring Sound plumbing to them and said they will be using them for all there plumbing needs! We are all happy satisfied customers. Called victory drain cleaning for a clogged/ backed up toilet. Let them know the situation in advance before arrival. Upon arriving they did not trouble shoot the problem check drains or toilet. They asked if any of my other drains or sinks were backed up I let them know my toilet was the only issue. Once they finally checked the toilet they let me know I had to drain or empty it myself before they could trouble shoot or figure the problem out. They were her for less than 5 mins. I Ended up calling drain masters right after. They got here within the hour. Checked all the drains and made sure it was just a internal problem with the toilet and that the other drains weren't the cause. They were able to get me an estimate of the work that needed to be done within 15 mins of being here and got the toilet unclogged for me. Victory ended up being a dead in but I'm glad it lead me to a company that is thorough and left no loose ends. I strongly recommend DRAIN MASTERS all around full service unlike others and great customer service.
