Just wanted to share my experience with Flow Star. Kudos to the crew for coming to our aid to fix our leaking pipes. Their knowledge from owner to tech is awesome and it showed in their work. Even after miscommunication Cordel reach out and explained everything in a very patience and professional manner, he stayed clam even when my husband and I were flustered and irrigated. He worked with us and I'm glad I listened and gave them a chance to fix the issue. After being burned by other professional contractors our apprehension dissipated when owner and techs explained and completed their work. We will defiantly use them again in future, if needed. Thanks Flow Star for your patience and work performance.

Beware of service techs trying to scare you into replacing things unnecessarily. I called because the pilot light had gone out on my boiler. The tech tried to tell me I needed to replace my whole boiler immediately, that the insulation inside was coming down and could spontaneously combust at any time. I had him replace just the coupler/fix pilot light issue, then had three other reputable plumbing companies out for additional opinions. All three other plumbers told me not to worry, that it appeared the insulation had been tugged at (by Mt. Mechanical), and that they'd commonly heard of Mt. Mechanical trying to scare homeowners like myself. With three other plumbers all checking off my boiler as safe, even for their own daughter to live there, I will never again trust Mr. Mechanical.
