These people are great! I had a call back within minutes and hot water within a couple of hours! This is my third or fourth time working with them on different heater and plumbing issues and they have been wonderful every time!

Having had some very justifiably concerning service provider experiences in the past, I have a bit of apprehension nowadays when I must locate and call upon a new provider. There was a white build up in my boiler's combustion side heat exchanger. Technician Robbie adjusted the flame and called a contact he had at IBC Boilers. Determined that dirty outside air probably caused the buildup. Makes sense as I actually found debris in the boiler after the ridiculous wind storm Palmer experienced. I appreciated he went the extra step.
