Drain Masters really made it happen!!! Douglas did a great job of sending a tech over ASAP to assess our problem, after hours and on a Sunday. After arriving, Daniel immediately went to work and quickly resolved the issue. Daniel was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with. When video revealed the root of our problems, Douglas was quick to assist in connecting us with a professional contractor to replace the deteriorated sewer line.We really appreciate Douglas and Daniel taking their time to discuss and explain things as they did. We really felt like they had our best interest in mind the entire time. Highly recommended!!!

I called Denali Sewer and Drain when my sewer service froze. The steam hose became lodged in my service. The technician tied it to his truck to free it but ended up breaking my cleanout and tearing the hose. He drove away, leaving the hose in my sewer. The company didn't offer to help even though I called repeatedly. A full 24 hours later they offered to send someone out but I had already called another contractor.

I feel like Denali Sewer and Drain took advantage of me and I hope they don't treat other customers this way. They didn't communicate any of the risks to me and they should have stayed to fix my sewer after they broke the hose.

They have been professional and friendly each time they were called.

We have used One Stop a fee times now and they have always been very responsive and able to take on the job quickly. Yesterday we had a sewer line backup in one of the apartment complexes we manage and One stop was there within 30 minutes fixing the issue and even cleaned up the water.

We used to use Drainmasters pretty regularly but lately there pricing has been insane, they wanted $575 to snake a sewer main, and I am very grateful that I reached out to One Stop as we have been very pleased with their work and price.

Called sound Mechanical to have a shut off valve installed. Spoke to Jake who got us in the next day. Jesse was here on time and couldn’t have been any nicer or more efficient. Great company. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Very good profesional well tank and plumbing install

I had a major backup of my plumbing Friday morning before Memorial Day Weekend. These guys were at my house within an hour and had it cleared stat. Needed some follow up during the weekend and they gave me a break even though it was a holiday. Hoping I won’t need drain services again anytime soon, but if I do I know whom I’ll be calling!

Mike's team was late every step of the way through our tub and Surround installation project. The plumbing under the tub leaked causing the ceiling in the bathroom below to need replacing. His team fixed the leak and repaired the drywall in a timely fashion. However, a few months later and we have another wet spot on the ceiling so apparently the leak was not fixed. I contacted Mike he set a time for the next day to take care of the problem and was a no call no show. I have since left several messages and he is ghosting me. Very unprofessional and unresolved issue.
