It is always a pleasure to have a seasoned journeyman to show up to remedy a household problem. However, in this case, there was an added bonus. He had the unique talent to listen to what the customer had to say. He made me feel like I was an integral member of his team. He patiently listen to my advice, skillfully worked around my intrusions, and all the while, gave me the impression that he could not have completed the job without my involvement. And, in the end, the clogged piped was cleared, my ego was inflated, and I was so pleased that I ripped my back pocket out getting to my wallet to gleefully pay the bill.

I’ve been more than happy with the friendly, professional service Rock Solid has given me for my old, occasionally cranky furnace. I’ve been lucky enough to have Brent come each time and actually enjoyed his “visit” as he talks to me like a friend, not just another client. Same with talking to the office people, who project personality and genuine concern rather than rushing through the contact. As for service, top notch and done efficiently. I won’t hesitate to call them again if necessary.

I had a brand new water heater installed by Gene and team on 6/21/23. Top notch experience, no complaints. They came to take a look when the water heater failed and gave me the options to replace it or repair it to last a little longer. I chose to replace it with the nicer coil heater that connects to the boiler.

Unfortunately, the job proved complicated. They had to contend with figuring out how the last guys configured it, taking the boiler out to get both it and water heater to fit, and suffering a hand injury and needing to call in someone else to help. But they stuck with it all day and the new set up looks great. I really appreciate their work, and the warm shower I was able to take. I will be using Mountain Mechanical in the future.
