They installed an entire bathroom for us in what was previously a storage space. They installed all fixtures/fans and re-routed the plumbing to accommodate the new space. They even added spot shut off valves for our convenience that was above the original scope of work. We plan to utilize them on future projects. Got it done quickly and within stated timeline.

Such a great company! We had a burst pipe & needed it repaired ASAP, they were there within in an hour and took less than 45 minutes for the repair. I will definitely use Apex for all our plumbing needs.

I broke my tub faucet off trying to fix it myself. It was after normal business hours and now I had no water in the house! I called Flow Star and talked with Steve. He sent Jarrod over with a new faucet within the hour. Jarrod made quick work of a bad situation and had me fixed up in about two hours. He even cleaned out the mess in the tub!! I hired Tom to fix a leak in my downstairs waterline (copper pipe) He seems very experienced (as I had done some research prior) He showed up promptly, was efficient & did a great job! He kindly explained what he was going to do gave me a fair/true estimate prior to starting the project. His prices are cheaper then a chain company(estimates) by almost half! Also he was concerned about my drier hose & checked it out to make sure it was not a hazard. He did this just to be nice & as a saftey measure for my family ! He is a good true Alaskan & hard working! Reccomend his services.He was fair & honest with me. He showed me photos of his AMAZING garden! Plus who can't like a guy named Tom who gardens:)

I had called Jacob at Sound Mechanical because I heard water dripping underneath the floor in my kitchen in the crawl space. I made the call around 7am and explained over the phone what I heard and was concerned that a pipe had burst or sprung a leak. Jacob responded that they had a full day of scheduled appointments but would send someone over as soon as they had met the needs of there previously scheduled appointments.He mentioned I would receive a call from one of the employees as soon as they became free. I went to my office and was Pleasantly surprised with a call around the noon hour. The said they could be at my house within a half hour. I went home and the plumber was there 10 minutes earlier than expected. I explained what was happening and showed where the crawl space access was. Within 30 minutes the plumber was completely done and the leak was found and repaired with explanation of what he had found. Problem solved! I have refereed Sound plumbing to multiple friends prior to this repair that I personally needed. All of them praised and thanked me for referring Sound plumbing to them and said they will be using them for all there plumbing needs! We are all happy satisfied customers. Mr. McCann repaired my boiler heating system. He is professional, courteous and attentive to addressing the concerns I had about my boiler. I highly recommend him for the services he provides.

Mike's team was late every step of the way through our tub and Surround installation project. The plumbing under the tub leaked causing the ceiling in the bathroom below to need replacing. His team fixed the leak and repaired the drywall in a timely fashion. However, a few months later and we have another wet spot on the ceiling so apparently the leak was not fixed. I contacted Mike he set a time for the next day to take care of the problem and was a no call no show. I have since left several messages and he is ghosting me. Very unprofessional and unresolved issue.
