Best Commercial Mechanical in Anchorage AK

Sage Mechanical has done two jobs for me now and was prompt, professional and great at communicating when an issue with the work arose (not their fault - my boiler was leaking in more spots than one and we didn't know it until they started doing the work.) I definitely plan on using them in the future and highly recommend them!

*Updated Review* Angela called me to discuss my review. We had a nice conversation about ways Diamond heating could ensure the customer fully understands what they are paying for and what they are getting for the price. She was very friendly and wanted to make things right. She offered to refund some of my fee which I declined. In the end we agreed that the partial refund should go to a charity that they support.After our discussion I feel confident that Diamond Heating will make a few small changes that will benefit both them and their customers. We needed to have our on-demand water heaters and furnace serviced. They are less than a year old so I figured they wouldn't need much. I called around to about 5 different places and found their quote of $99 for a call out fee with one hour of labor to be the best deal so I made the appointment.The tech arrived on time and was very friendly and competent. However, a little after an hour as he was wrapping up I inquired as to the bill and I was told $210. Uhhh what? For the additional $110 the technician adjusted the gas valve, replaced the filters (with my own) and put a plastic bag inside the furnace to keep water from dripping down inside. This was an issue with the vent pipe from when the house was built. So he used no parts whatsoever.I called in to the store and asked about the more than doubling of the bill, and was told that this was actually a good deal and he gave me a discount..? Now this may or may not be true, but there are two problems. One the $99 fee should really be called a $99 fee to simply arrive at your house fee, as you get nothing else from that money. And to me it's really misleading. Two, while every other company in town may have also charged me $210 for the same service, it's still a rip-off.

The worst customer services I have ever encountered. I made an appointment over a month ago and today they called and said they wanted to reschedule me until after Christmas. I said I wanted something things checked out because of the earth quake and I was worried for the safety of my family and the response was your house isn't flooding so no appointment.
I completely understand that tragic events happen and that is more of the reason I wanted to have my house heater checked and was happy I had already made the appointment (I didn't even try to call and get you there sooner because I knew your company was helping other people I just turned the gas off and waited for my appointment). I'm worried about Carbindixode leaking from my heater and now have to try and find a better place to come inspect my home.

I am truly grateful that you are helping people with BIGGER JOBS after this earthquake, I want everyone to be safe and get there life back to normal, I just want to find someone to help my family and I.

Please don't make it sound as if I am inhumane and don't care about other people's problems because that's simply not the case. I was in fact happy that you guys were working hard to help others with serious problems. Also it's extremely unfair to mention the discounted rate so many times in your response I don't care the cost of a possible problem to my heating and gas I would never worry about discounted rate or anything like that over the well being of my family that was extremely rude and unprofessional of you to throw jab's of a the discounted rate repeatedly in your response. My concern was the safety of my family which in your response was your employees concerns as well. Unfortunately I am not a hvac repair specialist and don't have the skill set to handle that line of work main reason for making an appointment for you to come out in the first place. I'm a father and husband who was concerned for his family's well being and no matter what you type in a response your company had no compassion towards my family's needs and worries and that is the reason I will inform every person I ever come in contact with to avoid your company. (also I did tell you that something was wrong and I really wanted to have you come check because I was worried I never said everything was ok I just want a check up I said I believe I have a problem and am happy I had the appointment already made. In Fact i waited 2 days with m,y gas turned off because I didn't want to call and ask you to come early because I knew there were other people with problems.) Long story short i was able to get a company (I will leave un-named) to come and they did find something cracked at my water heater and was glad I turned the gas off to it because it could have been something that could have cause my family problems.
I will say it again i appreciate that your business helped so many Alaskans I truly do. I just wish you would have the common courtesy to listen to my family concerns, because your company could have helped us as well.

These guys have got it down! Total sweethearts!! They were able to come out to my house and diagnose the problem with in minutes. Gave me options on what products they recommended. We’re able to schedule me in a timely fashion. Showed up on time on the appointed day. Did the work well!! Couldn’t be more happier with theses. Awesome!!!

During this wind storm of 2022 when alot of people lost power and heat like myself, I had broiler issues after power was restored. Was told to give them a call and less than an hour later after talking to Phillip and sending pics and info to him next thing I know brad was at my door and even tho the broiler needed parts that wasn't available at the moment he didn't leave until I had heat!!!!! Top notch heros in my book! Give them a call and I promise you won't regret it!!!!!

Awesome service

Service was awesome Don fixed our broiler at a moments notice. we were out of heat at -10 and he did everything in his power to get us up and running in an emergency situation.
