We used Drain Masters for the first time in April 2020. Our technician was Aidan, He was so professional, explain things so well that even myself who has zero knowledge about plumbing could understand. When we had a another issue, The first call we made was to Drain Masters. Even though we had to wait two days ( they were booked solid) It was worth the wait to again have Aidan as our technician. ( We also requested him) Of course, he provided the same professional service to us. We will continue to be customers of Drain Masters in the future!

Our water heater rusted out, and so we drained it and called around for someone who could come right away. A lot of places were booked out for 2-3 weeks, and a couple places suggested we try the replacement ourselves.

Kevin Wagner said he was busy, but he could come the following evening. He came out, and we are so glad we didn't try the replacement ourselves. He was done in a bit over an hour, re-plumbed the pipes that he noticed were seized up and leaking, and gave us recommendations for keeping our water heater maintained better in the future!
