Shawn was super helpful, fast and professional installing my new hot water heater. Defiantly recommend First Class Plumbing & Heating.

In December I called them because I had a vandalized shower handle, at $205 an hour, the gentleman took one of them apart (twice) only to tell me he didn't really know what was wrong, (but they would drive to get parts?) Sorry.... He inked out an extra half hour, for a total of $270 and left. Useless, and dare I say fraudulent?

We woke up to a very warm house and called Don. He was involved on another job and suggested a few other names to call. Luckily he also suggested we call him back if we couldn’t find anyone. A couple hours later we called him again and he fit us in. Through conversation with my husband and a photo text they confirmed the issue and Don was able to bring the correct parts and replace the zone valve. A simple repair really, but we are very grateful for his professionalism and effort to fit us into his schedule.

Matt installed a new furnace and fixed the ductwork for the adjacent hot water heater. They were fast, efficient and clean. Removed all the old parts, left us with a case of new filters and explained the new system. Highly recommend them.
