Thank's to honest repairman like Vance my plumbing job was repaired the same day and I was not robbed in the price. I had one other bid at 2 1/2 times the price and they were not using quality parts like Vance did. This is my only plumber for now on.

Josiah the technician was very thorough in the evaluation, assessment and trouble shooting of possible recurrent bubbling noise in the outlet shower drain. ( FYI : condominium building , the condo involved is on the ground level)
Detected the structural defect where the outlet drain pipe ought to be at an decline instead of its current horizontal position.
