I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. We had a new Rheem water heater installed 6 months ago and now the unit’s pilot light will not stay not on. Rheem warranty service sent out Drain Rite Plumbing. Michael from Drain Rite promptly replaced the component indicated by the diagnostic readings from the water heater. This unfortunately did not resolve the problem. Michael then began troubleshooting the issue and quickly found the real problem and had it resolved in record time. Michael had everything he needed with him in the truck to handle all possible scenarios. He was professional and is very knowledgeable in his profession. He represents Drain Rite Plumbing and himself in an exemplary manner. Thanks for a job well done!
