I believe this company does great work .But they gouge clients .I had a water filter system under sink it needs replacement,.tubing for the new unit was smaller than what was installed originally , they did not need to put in a new spout either , only attach new tubing to existing system . They charged me 300.00 dollars , then two adapters were not in packaging so the wanted to charge me another 150.00 for the two feed adapters that were missing .So realistically 450.00 to exchange a water filter that cost me 80.00 dollars.I would have done it myself and bought the connectors for ten dollars , but I had renters already moved in.They also replace a shower handle , that got stuck when pulling out ward. Another 400.00 dollars to replace . So basically 851.00 dollars for two hours of work .

Had a stubborn clog in our kitchen sink and I called Plumbing Works and spoke to Dery. He was able to send someone over to look at it that same afternoon. Christian was able to unclog our sink and we haven't had any problems since. Work was done efficiently and professionally. Definitely using them again.

When it rains it pours, as we all know in Southern California right now. I had a clogged up drain pipe and was trying to save money. Home Depot sold me one of those water bulbs that are screwed to a hose. You stick the bulb in the drain and turn on the hose. Sound's simple. Then because I have rotten, old drain that was already in bad shape, it blows up. Other pipes in my house feed into the same drain. Now I have a real emergency. Vance had his crew repipe my nightmare in no time. Good price. I should have called him in the beginning. All of us learn the hard way sometimes. This was my time. Thanks to Vance and Cleveland Plumbing, my lesson is over.

I was directed to this company from socalgas for my water heater issue. Got diagnosed and told for pilot assembly and gas controller issue. I am not an expert so I had to go by the guys who are claiming ‘experts’ themselves. I was given the estimate of $525 to fix the issue and the technician said it would be an hour work job. Since it was an emergency, I even paid the express shipping fee to order the parts.

For the estimate I was given compared to the time required to fix totally did match for me so I had a handyman I know to come and look at it. He diagnosd for gas connect issue and fixed it in 10 minutes without replacing any parts and all the complicated work process.

I called the company again spoke to the manager but they only went by the manual and gave the estimate based on their rates and blah blah. They could have been right and how I resolved my issue could be only temporary, but, if this company/technician really concerned about my issue he could had done the same thing and fix ‘temporarily’ since we had been asserting the issue is emergent since the issue is at my business rather than just giving me the $525 repair estimate cost in the beginning. In results, I am still waiting for the parts that I didn’t even get to see those yet that I paid for express and paid diagnosis did not help me at all.

Be aware when you deal with the company.

Didn't know what he was talking about wanted to charge $5000 once I said no he dropped it down to $4000 for a job I got done for under $450 it was a waste of my time having to leave work early to meet with him
