I woke up to a flooded lawn and called these guys. They found a leak in my main water line and fixed it in a couple of hours. Nice people, I would use them again.

AJ is the best! I cannot say enough about him and his service. We had an emergency leak which he came out immediately and was easy to reach and schedule with any questions and problems. He went above and beyond and helped my family with a leak and repairs throughout our home. My 3 year old loved him and continues to ask about him to this day. I highly recommend his company and service for any plumbing needs. He is honest and trustworthy and upfront with the repairs and costs. Outstanding customer service and communications. Got to my house the same day after I was stood up by another plumber. The guys were fast, got a toilet installed the next morning. Paying them was super easy too. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Extremely rude over the phone! Called to have someone come out to give me an estimate for some work on my house. Right off the bat, they made several incorrect assumptions then promptly spoke over me and raised their voice when I tried to correct their ignorance. You don't have to be the best or the cheapest to get my business, but you do have to be respectful to the customer. They spoke down to me as if I knew nothing about having a sewer line installed, but they didn't know I'm an architect and deal with plumbing issues routinely. What's worse is that they wouldn't even let me explain that to them. I would NEVER use their services and neither should you.

I've read your response and it reiterates all the incorrect the assumptions that you made on the phone. Since our one-sided conversation, I've had several, qualified, plumbers come out free of charge to look at the property and give me estimates. None of them wanted to charge me $425 (unlike you). However, the cost is not what bothered me; you're free to charge whatever you want. What bothered me was that you spoke over me, were very impatient and assumed my project would fail with me acting as the GC without even knowing my background or abilities. PS - there's a nice way to let people know you're not interested in doing a job.

If I had the option if zero stars I would have done that. This company was hired through our apartment complex to redo ALL the pipes.
We noticed the first day that one of our lampshades had been broken. When we asked the guys about what happened, they denied that they had been anywhere near the lamp. We don't have pets and none of us did it, so ghosts maybe?
The next day we realized that we were missing the cover panel to a ceiling light and that the door enclosing our A.C. unit was literally ripped off the hinge (as if it was pulled off the wall by the Hulk?). Again, we got the 'not our fault' line about the door and were told they would replace the panel ASAP. That was last week, Wednesday/Thursday ish.
While re-doing the drywall on Friday, one of the workers put a nail through the new flexible pipe they had installed and caused a massive leak that flooded one of our closets. Despite it being their fault amd their job, they did not fix it. We had to get our complex to come out and do it.
It's now Tuesday of the week after the work should have been completed and they haven't addressed any of our concerns about the damage done to our apartment by their workers.
Would NOT recommend.
