I called because I had a clogged kitchen sink and they were able to send someone out the very same morning. Kyle was very professional and successfully cleared the clog. We had a different company come out the day before (through our home warranty)...the other company left a mess and didn't fix the issue. So glad I called Graham Plumbing.

I called Nic-Beck’s Plumbing for an estimate for a mainline sewer blockage. Their estimate was a fraction of what we received from other companies and included more than what was being offered by their competitors!…I was shocked by the other outrageous prices we received and am thankful for calling around for additional estimates. The problem was diagnosed quickly and the process to resolve the issue was explained in full detail. All of the technicians were respectful and courteous from the very start and made my frustrating day and experience pleasurable. This review is long over do for Platinum Plumbing. Platinum Plumbing is the only plumbing company I will use and refer. The professionalism, honesty, dependability and cleanliness is par none. I am always reluctant to allow people into my home without me being present but Platinum Plumbing(and my house cleaner) are the only people I trust and do not have to worry. There is no question I have and will continue referring them to anyone looking for the best of the best plumber, whether an emergency or a scheduled installation. Alfonso was awesome. He was on time, polite, professional, and did great work.

Stay away far away. Giving them 1 star is too nice. I had a pin hole leak in my irrigation shut off valve. The tech came out and finished the job in about an hour. The charge was$510 and included maybe $10.00 in parts. I called the company to get an invoice of the work that was done. On the invoice it stated there were 2 jobs done, I guess they justify that for charging such a high price. The job that was charged and not done and not needed to be done was repair pipe in wall. That was never an issue. The pipe that was fixed was about 2 inches below the soil in the flower bed. Terrible company.

Our AC went out during the middle of a heatwave and CW came out same day (Saturday) to diagnose and ultimately come to a conclusion that we needed to replace our entire system. Nick was extremely professional and went above and beyond, customer service skills on point. 72 hours later, I am now enjoying nice and cold AC throughout the house. I would definetly recommend CW and especially Nick for any and all of your AC and heating needs. Thanks again Nick, you the man!

He was very helpful and super nice, explained every detail so we could understand what was wrong and needed to be done. He gave us Buzz Lightyear service, he went from infinite and beyond to fix our problems than you so much!!
