Honestly, this is the first plumping company who showed up on time, gave honest assessment of the problem, and handled right away. They not only had the right tools and parts on the truck, but gave outstanding customer service to my wife and I. They answered our call quickly and we were very pleased with the outcome. We were in a urgent situation to make a shower installation pipe correction. We found Jeremy of JLB and after I talked to him via FaceTime explained the situation, i agreed to give him a try. Jeremy showed up on next morning 830 as agreed, discussed with my about his proposed solutions, covered the floor of working area, and he pretty much fixed the issue after 2 hours. Jeremy was very responsive, honest and professional, I would use him again and recommend others.

He went above and beyond to answer any of her questions and literally tested for things that we didn’t know he was going to do. Very polite a tentative to what we needed and Dug for answers that are definitely needed. Will be recommending.

Update - As stated I called Owen back for a job, they were reasonable, helpful and did very good work. This is a family owned company. I stand by them. They deserve your business. Choose them over the big guys and I promise you won't be dissapointed.

Very responsive and willing to come on a Saturday to resolve our bathroom sink leak. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

I called Bert the owner on Sunday and had my water heater replaced by Monday. He and his crew were very professional, polite, and timely. And the installation was done professionally. I had the Navien tankless water heater installed at his recommendation. This new water heater is working out great. Great company.
