Had leaking water heater. Called Cleanout Kings since they did great work in my shower plumbing. Bobby was the one to show up. He was very quick to find the issue and explain in detail. He immediately worked with us in getting a replacement and get the work done that same day. Pricing was more than reasonable. He installed our new water heater went over instructions in full detail and made the whole experience 5 star one for me and my wife. I'm telling you, these guys are the best in the area. Will continue to be a customer, hoping that the next issue we have is a smaller one lol.

Just last night around 10pm I found out that my shower valve was leaking. I immediately used Google and found Happy Cowboy Plumbing. I called them and they answered even after hours and quickly assessed that they would need to come over in the morning and repair the issue. They showed up on time and the repair was done very quickly. I will be using them again for my plumbing needs!!

Temp fix, drain not fully cleared

Darryl, the plumber from Do It Right, arrived shortly after I called him. Once he left on the call, I his I got to track his progress toward my home on a map with a ETA and everything! That was nice. Once Darryl arrived, he stopped the water gusher on my patio and showed me where my in-house water shut-off valve is to boot! Very professional, reasonably priced, and friendly

Old Towne Plumbing is a scammy company. I have a tenant who believed she had mold in her unit, so she called this company. Carl Shields came out and told her it was bad. I spoke to him and he told me it was bad and would need all sorts of expensive work. To prove it, he told me would come back to the unit with a camera and take pictures of the insides of the walls. He said he would hire a 3rd party company to take samples and do testing. Shields quoted me at $800 for the testing and told me that everything else would be part of a free estimate.

Everything about him seemed fishy, but I was very busy with other work at the time and my tenant was so convinced she was getting sick due to mold. I told Shields to send me a work contract before doing any testing. He never sent the work contract nor did I sign anything; he scheduled with the tenant and came in there to do the testing anyway and tried to bill me for $1,210.

When I objected to the extra $410 in extraneous charges, instead of addressing them, Shields started to accuse me of being an absentee landlord.

I don’t know how many plumbing companies out there make their work on predatory practices like this, but this is the first time I’ve ever come across it. Steer clear of this company!
