Good service and follow up

We were in a urgent situation to make a shower installation pipe correction. We found Jeremy of JLB and after I talked to him via FaceTime explained the situation, i agreed to give him a try. Jeremy showed up on next morning 830 as agreed, discussed with my about his proposed solutions, covered the floor of working area, and he pretty much fixed the issue after 2 hours. Jeremy was very responsive, honest and professional, I would use him again and recommend others.

AJ is the best! I cannot say enough about him and his service. We had an emergency leak which he came out immediately and was easy to reach and schedule with any questions and problems. He went above and beyond and helped my family with a leak and repairs throughout our home. My 3 year old loved him and continues to ask about him to this day. I highly recommend his company and service for any plumbing needs. He is honest and trustworthy and upfront with the repairs and costs. I have a second home in California that we spend very little time at. We recently traveled there to get away from Covid and found our water heater to be what we believed ready for the trash heap. The folks at Do It Right easily could have sold us a replacement unit costing thousands of dollars. To our surprise the tech worked on it for over an hour assuring us that we could get another year or two out of the system. Not often that you see a hime service company turn down a payday for what amounted to a couple hundred dollars. With all the bad news that seems to always be lurking around the corner, it was pleasant to see this company not only do a great job, but to have the consumers best interests at heart.
