I never leave reviews but the way my repair from beginning to end went well, above all expectations. I called in and the receptionist knew who I was and asked how my Tankless waterheater is doing...I was blown away cause they installed it over 2 years ago. Then after I explained my leak situation (not related to their tankless install) their plumber (Chris) was here within 30 minutes (unheard of) and gave me several options for repair. Now, repair done before noon and looks really clean. Sorry other plumbers, I won't call you cause I got my go to plumbers 100% of the time here with DO It Right Plumbers.Thanks DIRPAndré

Cleveland Plumbing was contacted after damp drywall was found while having flooring installed in our laundry room.

Cleveland came out, asked permission to cut open the wall to inspect for leaks. I was given the option to remove the drywall myself, to save money. The area was directly below the laundry water source and drain. Cleveland performed a thorough inspection and found the issue to be the water valves. They installed 2 high quality 1/4 turn shutoff valves. Cleveland's plumbers were fast, friendly, clean and professional.

I will definitely be using them again for my plumbing needs.

I called for an estimate because I had a routine sewage blockage from a toilet to the main line. I even took off the toilet to reduce the cost and make it easier because this happens every 4 years or so. The gentlemen wasn't interested in looking at the problem. He proceeded to look at the main line and run a camera 60' down the drain. He says, Oh this drain is in bad shape, you have roots and blockage. He proceeds to take out a sheet of paper showing me addresses of homes in the area that have paid anywhere from $3,000-$8000, to repair. He goes on to say we will have to dig and trench and encase a section to fix it and will cost about $2700.
Basically, what he was telling me, I already knew because plumbers have been saying this for 10 years and the drain although not perfect is working.
I suggested that he just run the snake through the toilet and the problem will be solved. He replied, Oh, no, I can't do that because of all the liabilities of breaking the line. Your insurance company will not even cover it!
Long story short, he refused to do the work. This company is not going to come out and do routine jobs especially if they come into neighborhoods where they think they can gouge someone.
About two hours later, a reliable company came in and did the work for $90. Don't bother calling these folks and if you see their trucks, run!
