I got my toilet leaking problem fixed as soon as I contacted wih Clean-Out King's two days ago. Again, I got another problem today, and I called him again. Two hours later, he came and fixed it completely without additional charge.
The plumber, Bobby Tieu was so nice and excellent with reasonable price.
I'll call him again if I have plumbing problem and highly recommend this guy.

I found this company online and called to set an appointment for service. The customer service rep could not give me a price over the phone, so I declined service at first. I didn't want to go through the hassle of having a company come out, inspect my situation, only to learn the cost to clean out the drain would be outrageous, and I'd have to schedule an appt with a different company anyway. But, before I could look up a number for a different company, I received a call back from a manager at this plumbing company, who gave me a price for the service. Given their responsiveness, I set an the appt for later that afternoon.Initially all was good. The technicians arrived as promised and they performed service for the price quoted. They were very helpful and attentive to my requirements. They viewed the main drain with a camera and showed me the problem areas. I even planned to schedule a future appt to explore options that would permanently fix the problem. Then I would no longer have to regularly get the drain cleaned out.Only a few hours after the service was completed, THE NIGHTMARE ENSUED! Until this time, no one was home to use the bathroom. To my complete surprise, after only ONE person used the toilet, I realized that my toilet and drains were *completely* backed up. The toilet overflowed on the first flush, flooding the bathroom floor. I tried to plunge the toilet and flush again, but water started to back up in the tub drain. Still, I just assumed some of the roots that were removed, got stuck in the pipe -- it would be just a minor inconvenience until the company came to fix the problem. Boy was I mistaken. When I called the company to have someone come back to remedy the issue, I was told ALL OF THE COMPANY'S TECHNICIANS ARE BOOKED FOR THE EVENING; THEREFORE, THEY COULD NOT ADDRESS MY ISSUE UNTIL SOMETIME THE NEXT DAY!!!!! I was dumbfounded. I said that was not an acceptable option and after a few minutes of explaining my issue, the person I spoke to suggested they were just an answering service. I still did not accept that answer. Surely they should be able to contact the company in an emergency. The second person I spoke to said they'd do their best to reach someone at the company, but they couldn't make any promises that they'd get the message or respond to my issue tonight.I am perplexed that a company with nearly a 5-star rating for customer service, has NO WAY to deal with critical situations such as this. So either the company has an answering/scheduling service that deserves worse than a failing grade b/c they refused to think or take action outside of normal procedure, in order to remedy a bad situation for a customer (esp since the problem stemmed from service performed by the company only a few hours earlier) OR the company deserves a poor rating because they have NO WAY to deal with emergencies, OR BOTH!!!So, I say if you can get service provided by this company in the early morning and you are SURE nothing can go wrong after hours, then take the risk and use this company. However, if there is even the *slightest* chance that you could have an issue after hours, you run the risk that you'll be stranded with no way to solve your problem, like I am.Perhaps the company meant to do the best job. Not sure. However, I got caught in a terrible situation and, sadly, the company was unable to respond AT ALL!! I have no way to rectify the issue besides having my husband snake the drain at around 11 PM, tonight, after he gets home from work OR by calling a different company and pay them to remedy the issue, since I still haven't received a return call from the company about the issue that occurred only a few hours after my initial service appointment. WOW!Now I know. The first question a customer should ask any plumbing company is whether they have emergency response service available.

I called for an estimate because I had a routine sewage blockage from a toilet to the main line. I even took off the toilet to reduce the cost and make it easier because this happens every 4 years or so. The gentlemen wasn't interested in looking at the problem. He proceeded to look at the main line and run a camera 60' down the drain. He says, Oh this drain is in bad shape, you have roots and blockage. He proceeds to take out a sheet of paper showing me addresses of homes in the area that have paid anywhere from $3,000-$8000, to repair. He goes on to say we will have to dig and trench and encase a section to fix it and will cost about $2700.
Basically, what he was telling me, I already knew because plumbers have been saying this for 10 years and the drain although not perfect is working.
I suggested that he just run the snake through the toilet and the problem will be solved. He replied, Oh, no, I can't do that because of all the liabilities of breaking the line. Your insurance company will not even cover it!
Long story short, he refused to do the work. This company is not going to come out and do routine jobs especially if they come into neighborhoods where they think they can gouge someone.
About two hours later, a reliable company came in and did the work for $90. Don't bother calling these folks and if you see their trucks, run!

We asked this company to replace a part of our water heater . The part was issued by Ferguson thru our warranty . The initial cost for this guys to initiate work was $500+. Their person went there replaced the part that was wrong . They charged us for the replacement and labor. The total expense was $1100+ and the water heater still not fixed. Two options we have buy a new one which will cost us $2 k or ask them to return and fix it and who knows how much they will charge us again. We are small business and during this pandemic we do not have enough income that will cover this emergency costs. It is unbelievable that small businesses have no way to fight this financial crisis! Just beware of this kind of deals that are hidden. Thank you.

I have used Elder & Young for several years now and they are great! Therefor, when my garabage disposal went out yesterday i called them....and they were out to my home right away...same day service! Their contact was Robert and he was fantastic....walking me through the problems and what needed to be done to fix it...a new disposal altogether! He promptly shot out to find a reasonable priced alternative and had it installed shortly thereafter....cleaning the area up fully after he was done. A true professional!

I am so glad that I called this company! Jonathan came out same day, during the holidays, to help when we lost water to the whole house. He and was able to very quickly troubleshoot and get to the root of the problem and made sure everything was working before he left for us. The experience with scheduling from the first call all the way through their followup after the visit was exceptional.
