I was initially charged for a main sewer line repair, then was told I need a new sewer line from the street to the house, then was charged a second time to install the sewer line, total price was over $12K to install a 100 foot sewer line

I bought a replacement garbage disposal from Home Depot and paid extra for them to install. HD shipped disposal to my house. I called the install service. They came within 45 minutes and had it installed within 45 minutes..
Am I watching a movie? I’m not rich or famous but if I was I wouldn’t have gotten better or faster service….maybe I am dreaming? Cant believe it. I will use this plumbing service until my deathbed.

He immediately explained to me about their business charges, and when I agreed he went immediately to the task. He was knowledgeable and articulate. The problem was resolved quickly!
