Had a stubborn clog in our kitchen sink and I called Plumbing Works and spoke to Dery. He was able to send someone over to look at it that same afternoon. Christian was able to unclog our sink and we haven't had any problems since. Work was done efficiently and professionally. Definitely using them again.

I am so grateful for Chris my daughter threw my only set of car keys down the toilet and he was able to retrieve them fairly quickly. This company is honest and professional. I recently called Scott English Plumbing for a water issue and they responded quickly. Since it was after hours, the service took my info and let me know their ETA, and James(Jimi) and Isaiah were on time. They were very thorough in their diagnosis and cleared out the main drain promptly. They were both, courteous and professional. Thank you for being prompt and successful in repairing our issue. We came home from an out-of-town family visit last night to a flooded garage. We had a leak which turned out to be a puncture in the 1 copper water main running from the shutoff valve outside the house to the water heater in the garage. It was just the way the original builder used nail-in clamps to secure the water main in the garage ceiling and maybe some recent earthquake motion. Anyway, we called Platinum Plumbing Services on recommendations from 2 of our neighbors and Carlos Castaneda and his helper Silvestor had us back in business in an hour and a half from when they arrived this afternoon. They did good work, quickly for a fair price. We highly recommend Platinum Plumbing Services.
