I recently had a problem with my main water line, and I called Velvet Plumbing Repair for help. They were able to schedule an appointment for me quickly, and the plumber who arrived was friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it, and he even gave me some advice on how to prevent future issues. I was impressed with their service and would use them again.

We had a leak in an old pipe in the ceiling of our thrift shop. The G&W crew came in on a Saturday and replaced the corroding pipe. On Sunday, the patching crew came and patched the walls and ceilings. Can't even tell we every had a problem now. Great/fast work!!

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. Recently had an issue with a toilet not flushing and a slow draining sink. Contacted Clean Out King’s in the morning and had a plumber out at 1pm as promised. Bobby T. was our plumber and he was very courteous, clean, and efficient. He had both problems fixed within 30 minutes and gave me some cost-efficient tips on what I could do to maintain my pipes.

I had a huge flood in my basement I called water damage restoration in Orange County and they were super professional they came same day late at night and they extract the entire water from the basement.
At the same time, they removed all the wet Sheetrock to prevent turning into mold the also left commercial dehumidifiers and fans for 4 days when they came after 4 days to pick the machines. Very professional setup, and to make sure that all the water damage was gone.They were super fast and professional and the crew was very nice all the way in the process I highly recommend them to anybody that needs an emergency service thank you guys!!!!

I called them and they responded right away and were able to get to my house within 90 minutes on a Saturday Evening.

I was trying to replace shut off valves myself but bit off more than I could chew.

We needed to have a garbage disposal removed and sink repiped. I called on Sunday and Nolan was professional and promptly booked me for Monday afternoon. He arrived on-time and quickly assessed the job and completed. Left it clean, no mess and extremely reasonable. Definitely calling for another project we are working on.

Andy was very professional and arrived in a timely manner. I am very happy with his work and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Tom is a very nice man & knows his plumbing business very well. He does an excellent job no matter what type of plumbing job it is that u need. He has very reasonable prices & u WL b more than satisfied with the work he does. He's excellent at what he does.
