Home is new to us. This company installed and maintained the HVAC equipment for the previous owners. Since their contact info was on the furnace, we called them. Service was prompt and professional.

Great people to work with, called them up and had them service my house, note to self never flush baby wipes down the toilet :( called everyone and they were busy all drains squeezed me in at the last possible second and were very nice!!!

I had a toilet leak that was flooding my neighbors ceiling. I was out of town unable to go see the damage. Picked this company based on the reviews. I was scheduled with Luis. Before any inspection he tells me in order to see where the leak is coming from we need to remove the ceiling downstairs - but first we need to test for asbestos. I had to schedule for asbestos test and it came positive. The. Hired a company to remove the asbestos ceiling. I spent $2k before they can even identify the leak. Red flags everywhere. Luis comes back and tells me he used his camera and found the leak is from the toilet flange. Quotes me $3700 to replace it! Says if i dont go with their company i owe them $400 for finding the issue! (I thought they said free estimate- dont fall for that). Well, it was Sunday and my neighbors ceiling was open, i wanted to get the issue fixed asap so that everyone can use their bathroom. I asked Luis if he can reduce the price because it was so much money - right away he came down to $3200 and said they will deduct the $400 for inspection (they never did). The work was done in less than 3 hours according to my neighbors who sent me updates. I paid the invoice without realizing the $400 initial fee for finding the leak was not deducted. I called and asked for a detailed invoice. The invoice i was sent was far from detailed and I was never refunded that fee. I spoke to Tony who tried to defend the $3200 charge to change a toilet flange. Please be aware. I would recommend to look for a honest plumbers. I definitely feel robbed by this company. They took an advantage of my situation when i need someone i could trust. Costly lesson for me.

We were in a urgent situation to make a shower installation pipe correction. We found Jeremy of JLB and after I talked to him via FaceTime explained the situation, i agreed to give him a try. Jeremy showed up on next morning 830 as agreed, discussed with my about his proposed solutions, covered the floor of working area, and he pretty much fixed the issue after 2 hours. Jeremy was very responsive, honest and professional, I would use him again and recommend others.

I called the company at last minute notice because I was having issues with my water heater leaking. They were able to come to my residence on such short notice to see what the issue was. Turns out my water heater was broken and unsalvageable, i was able to get the water heater removed and a new one installed at a very reasonable price. The workers were very professional and knew what they were doing. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

AJ at Centerset Plumbing Inc is a very professional, timely, and experienced plumber. His pricing is extremely fair for the amount of work that is required for plumbing repairs. He made 2 trips to our house to make sure our current plumbing issue was resolved completely, and our price did not change for the 2nd trip - which was very much appreciated. Since i was home and wanted to learn, he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing to tackle the issue and more importantly why he was doing what he was doing. Often times plumbing issues create quite a mess, AJ spent extra money to make sure he had enough tarps and materials before starting our job. That helped contain the mess and again he took extra time to clean up. Our place did not have any odors when he was done with everything. We will surely use his services for any future plumbing needs, and without hesitation will refer our family and friends to him for any plumbing needs they have. Carl Shields is a crook and a liar lied about everything took thousands of dollars and didn't do any work if anyone knows where they bank please post it .I need to go claim my money they won't tell me where they deposited my unendourced insurance check won't reply to my calls or cooperate in any way does any one know where they bank ?

Didn't know what he was talking about wanted to charge $5000 once I said no he dropped it down to $4000 for a job I got done for under $450 it was a waste of my time having to leave work early to meet with him
