Having previously used another highly rated company (COK) for a simple drain clog, I was left feeling as though not only did they overcharge, but they also tried to pressure me into two other expensive jobs I later found out would have been unnecessary and a waste of money.

So when a new issue with the same kitchen drain arose last week, I steered clear of COK and discovered Graham Plumbing. I liked that they were a smaller company and family owned/operated, but was still expecting the worst. When Christopher and his apprentice showed up earlier than expected, I immediately appreciated the feeling of being the sole focus on their minds and not just the next appointment on their list of many to still get through. Super warm personalities and we hit it off immediately from the get go!

Though I had only anticipated getting an estimate for the job, I was so taken by Christopher’s honest assessment of what really needed to be done, (which in his 20+ year professional opinion, did not include the expensive Hydro Jet job COK tried to push on me), I asked them to start work immediately. Though the job took on a couple of minor complications along the way , Christopher held his word on the original quote, despite having been most assuredly been warranted in charging a larger cost. I honestly felt treated as though he was more interested in taking care of me than overcharging for something I didn’t need.

In this day and age of companies being judged by their on-line reviews, I felt super lucky to have found this plumbing company and without a doubt, they have won me more over as a loyal customer. Great job guys and thank you making me feel as a valued customer!

I called for an estimate because I had a routine sewage blockage from a toilet to the main line. I even took off the toilet to reduce the cost and make it easier because this happens every 4 years or so. The gentlemen wasn't interested in looking at the problem. He proceeded to look at the main line and run a camera 60' down the drain. He says, Oh this drain is in bad shape, you have roots and blockage. He proceeds to take out a sheet of paper showing me addresses of homes in the area that have paid anywhere from $3,000-$8000, to repair. He goes on to say we will have to dig and trench and encase a section to fix it and will cost about $2700.
Basically, what he was telling me, I already knew because plumbers have been saying this for 10 years and the drain although not perfect is working.
I suggested that he just run the snake through the toilet and the problem will be solved. He replied, Oh, no, I can't do that because of all the liabilities of breaking the line. Your insurance company will not even cover it!
Long story short, he refused to do the work. This company is not going to come out and do routine jobs especially if they come into neighborhoods where they think they can gouge someone.
About two hours later, a reliable company came in and did the work for $90. Don't bother calling these folks and if you see their trucks, run!

My RHEEM tankless water heating was leaking and thankfully was under warranty. RHEEM offered to replace the unit but I had to go through a PRO Partner and pay for the cost of labor. I searched the closest plumber companies and one of them was B&B Plumbing.
After calling several companies, I decided to go with B&B. Robert came to my house within the time allotted and he replaced the faulty unit quickly and efficiently. He was very professional, courteous, and knew what he was doing. He answered all my questions.
B & B handled the return and paperwork for the return of the faulty unit. Everything was done in 2 hours! Needless to say, I am very happy with the service and I will be calling them again for any plumbing needs.
