I recently had a problem with my main water line, and I called Velvet Plumbing Repair for help. They were able to schedule an appointment for me quickly, and the plumber who arrived was friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it, and he even gave me some advice on how to prevent future issues. I was impressed with their service and would use them again.

Charged egregious price for removing clog in kitchen drain. It was $450 for about 30 mins of work. The plumber who worked on the house was very professional and knowledgeable, but charging that kind of price is just price gauging the poor consumer. I would’ve paid them $100 for just a consultation fee of how to remove the clog myself instead of $450 if they had just given me that advice over the phone. My plumber was out of town and he couldn’t help me but said the $450 price is just ridiculous….

techs were professional and went above and beyond their duties to make sure i was taken care of. The company called the next day to make sure everything was good and that was much appreciated.

B and B did a great job installing an expansion tank to for my new water heater. I was having issues with my t and p valve and I didn’t know what the issue was and I couldn’t use my new water heater. I called two other local plumbers during my search who wanted to book an appointment two days later, no thanks I need a hot shower today. Thank you to all the staff that helped us the same day to get a hot shower.

Paid $2000 to fix the plumbing line that caused the flooding on the bathtub. It takes them six hours to do this fix replacement. The fix did not help because after one month later the flood come back on the same bathtub. This issue is getting worse because before it did not flood until six month. Now it flood every month for the past three month. They won’t warranty the fix like they said they would for one year. Now every month they need to charge $99 to come back and snake the water out of the bathtub. They said they only warranty if I replace the whole line in the house which will cost me around $30000. Come on MVP plumbing if you do not stand behind your service quality who is going to give you a big job to do? if you cannot fix a small job! Now I will need to hire someone else to fix the root cause of this issue.

Eric repaired our bathtub and did a fabulous job. Cleaned up afterwards as well. I plan on using them again.

Tried to reach out for a quote for some sewer work. Phone line disconnected and doesn’t work.
