I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. I can't imagine a more honest and helpful introduction and will tell anyone needing a plumber to reach out to them. Thank you again Old Town if you read this!

Our family called Clean Out King’s (COK) twice and the second time we requested Mr. Bobby Tieu.
The first time It was a rookie descaling question and the visit was gratis because the work was done but We simply needed reassurance because water damage can an expensive repair.
Our hot water stopped working and flowing about six months later. This time we called Clean Out King and requested Mr.Tieu because he was punctual, came PPE prepared (as we have family at high risk for Covid), donned shoe covers after entering our home, and had his tool belt/bag ready to work. Mr. Tieu took one look at our Rinnai tankless water heater and stated he couldn’t physically touch our Rinnai tankless water heater because he/his company was not Rinnai certified thus VOIDING our warranty. He instructed us to call Rinnai Corporate HQ and have them give options of certified Rinnai tankless water plumbers.
Mr. Tieu is a PROFESSIONAL and his iINTEGRITY is appreciated!

Didn't know what he was talking about wanted to charge $5000 once I said no he dropped it down to $4000 for a job I got done for under $450 it was a waste of my time having to leave work early to meet with him

Called OIL Plumbing about a plumbing concern at my house. Spoke to Octavio for over 15 min regarding the issue as he ran me down a list of possibilities causing the issue and how to correct It. He was extremely helpful and open to helping me via telephone(which was very thoughtful as It is free service). I was not able to correct the problem myself so he decided to come by the following morning and fixed our issue for us. Very professional, helpful, and punctual.
