I bought a replacement garbage disposal from Home Depot and paid extra for them to install. HD shipped disposal to my house. I called the install service. They came within 45 minutes and had it installed within 45 minutes..
Am I watching a movie? I’m not rich or famous but if I was I wouldn’t have gotten better or faster service….maybe I am dreaming? Cant believe it. I will use this plumbing service until my deathbed.

Beware! THIEFS !.dont hire these people Carl SHIELDS AKA THIEF being the biggest scammer of all I tried to contact KARL BONHAN no better no cooperation once they got my money that was it .no cooperation.i sent a certified letter they returned to sender .

Damian J has made two service calls to my house and has been very pleasant, professional, and finished his work in a timely manner both times. He is very easy to work with and very patient in explaining the issues.I would recommend Damian J very highly and will call Do It Right Plumbers to request Damian the next time that there is a plumbing problem at the house.

They were very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, got the job done, and cleaned up after themselves. I called because I had a clogged kitchen sink and they were able to send someone out the very same morning. Kyle was very professional and successfully cleared the clog. We had a different company come out the day before (through our home warranty)...the other company left a mess and didn't fix the issue. So glad I called Graham Plumbing.

Excellent service. Andy converted our water heater system from a tank to a tankless system. We had a great experience from the initial planning to installation and clean up. Andy was honest and straightforward with our options and very competitive with his pricing. He showed up to our appointment on time and was professional. The new tankless system works great, the old tank was hauled out, and the project site was cleaned up. 5 star service. I highly recommend Andy and Area Plumbing.

I used G&W for a complete repipe of our home. We went in with another neighbor and then they did yet another. Gary and his team are professional, on time, responsive and do such a great job. I researched many including Repipe1 which I would never use; look at lawsuits) & Next Gen(who couldn't handle the big jobs). We checked out many places even using epoxy and went with a full repine. I'm super glad we did. The immediate change in our water flow, hot water to the longest distance was instant. The team was in and out in 3 days (one of which was an inspection) so 2 days total and it was done. They replastered and textured all the cutouts. You can even ask for repainting if you choose. The end result is I would not go with any other plumber but G&W. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Replaced 3 toilets with them and fixed a broken shower. Staff was professional, arrived on time, operating within estimate/budget, and overall provided very smooth and hassle-free experience. Especially if you have Kohler fixtures/shower/toilets, definitely check these guys out since they are Kohler recommended installers and are familiar with all hardware/can check warranties/provide a potentially lower cost vs. costly rip and replace.

This review is long over do for Platinum Plumbing. Platinum Plumbing is the only plumbing company I will use and refer. The professionalism, honesty, dependability and cleanliness is par none. I am always reluctant to allow people into my home without me being present but Platinum Plumbing(and my house cleaner) are the only people I trust and do not have to worry. There is no question I have and will continue referring them to anyone looking for the best of the best plumber, whether an emergency or a scheduled installation.
