My mother had a leak in the kitchen sinks and called Power Pro Plumbing and they came right out to help. Adam and another young man was very knowledgeable and explained to us that the pipes were bad and took pictures to let us see exactly how bad it was underneath the house. And as for their customer service top notch i called for a copy of the invoice and Z was very helpful in emailing it to me. If we need anymore big plumbing jobs they are first on the list.

We came home from an out-of-town family visit last night to a flooded garage. We had a leak which turned out to be a puncture in the 1 copper water main running from the shutoff valve outside the house to the water heater in the garage. It was just the way the original builder used nail-in clamps to secure the water main in the garage ceiling and maybe some recent earthquake motion. Anyway, we called Platinum Plumbing Services on recommendations from 2 of our neighbors and Carlos Castaneda and his helper Silvestor had us back in business in an hour and a half from when they arrived this afternoon. They did good work, quickly for a fair price. We highly recommend Platinum Plumbing Services.

Jose arrived on time on Sunday morning as promised. Additionally, it happened to be mother's day. He was highly professional from the start. The entire sewer line had to be replaced because of an old cardboard like system that was in place. Johnny the supervisor arrived shortly after to evaluate. They explained three process to us in a easy manner that was easy to understand. Once the team arrived with the hydraulic tugger the entire crew was very efficient in what they did. It was quite a project
Once complete with the repairs, Jose and company back filled the holes and even replanted the rose bush and reset three disturbed pavers

They were great. Had a clogged toilet drain. Turned out to be a Tree root. Very reasonable cost and friendly plumber. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

These guys are great! They showed up on time, had knowledge of the situation and conducted themselves in a professional manner. Along with all that they have prices that beat most of their competition. Definitely will use their services in the future.

Avoid these people at all cost!! The plumber that came out was unable to fix my problem, yet he demanded that I pay $575 for 10 minutes of work. The management / owner is worse. They would not try to rectify the situation or provide a discount for work that was not completed. Instead they took me to court TWICE to try to collect the money twice! I am not the only one that is complaining of this. Many of the 5 Stars ratings are obviously of their own people.
