Honestly, this is the first plumping company who showed up on time, gave honest assessment of the problem, and handled right away. They not only had the right tools and parts on the truck, but gave outstanding customer service to my wife and I. They answered our call quickly and we were very pleased with the outcome. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing help with the fun plumbing issues!

I had a huge flood in my basement I called water damage restoration in Orange County and they were super professional they came same day late at night and they extract the entire water from the basement.
At the same time, they removed all the wet Sheetrock to prevent turning into mold the also left commercial dehumidifiers and fans for 4 days when they came after 4 days to pick the machines. Very professional setup, and to make sure that all the water damage was gone.They were super fast and professional and the crew was very nice all the way in the process I highly recommend them to anybody that needs an emergency service thank you guys!!!!

My father originally contacted a different plumbing company that came out and it appeared that the company had no idea what they were doing. Fortunately, my father found Scott English Plumbing. Paul S. came out on time and my father told him that he would like to have all of the upstairs plumbing replaced and asked if they could handle that. They assured him that they could. They provided my father with a detailed estimate and a start date within two hours and both seemed very reasonable. They started exactly as promised and finished exactly as promised. My father stopped by the house several times during the week of the job and everyone was professional, clean, and everything was done as promised. My father could not give enough stars to this company and group of professionals that worked on this 50 year-old house. The front office staff was also amazing when my father called.
