Best Clogged Drain Repair in Anaheim CA

They got the job done but pretty disappointed with pricing and felt like I was taken advantage of. We were given the $49 to unplug a drain over the phone, $125 if there was no clean out so I just figured it would be the higher price, no big deal. Well the plumber couldn’t “make the turn” under the sink which is why I thought I paid the $125, so he had to cut the pipe but he said it would be cheap. He went outside to call the office to get a quote (left his phone inside, is was buzzing while he was gone) and came back in saying is would be another $100. I clearly wasn’t going to pay $125 for nothing or pay another plumber to come out so he had me where he wanted me, I agreed to the price and 5 minutes later he was done.

They got the job done, I just felt a little taken advantage of. So $225 to snake a sink drain, ouch.

My boyfriend and I were out of town when we got a call from our neighbors that our upstairs complex we live in had a leak coming into their downstairs home. Mike V showed up to do our yearly Air Conditioning maintenance/service. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything that was going to be done with the HVAC service that day. We have 4 different air flow returns with different size filters. Although Mike did not have some of those filters, he took the time to go to a local store to purchase them and bring them back for me at no charge. Thank you for providing wonderful service, for being patient with all my questions and doing everything in a timely manner. I will definitely request for him next time.
