This plumbing company setup an appointment with me for 12 noon to 4 pm today and never called or showed up. I had a very simple plumbing repair to replace a tankless cold-water filter that had become stuck by deposits. I even bought the new filter for them before their arrival, but they never called and never showed up. Then they have the audacity to text me to reschedule for another day where I'm scheduled for work having no regard for my time or schedule. They use social media to gain a volume of clients then never perform according to scheduled times. This is a joke!

Top notch professional service given by Danny and Derek. I called Vance since I used them in the past and spoke to Cody. He listened to my issues took detailed notes and had their technicians out within 48 hours. They fixed my shower water pressure, unclogged my shower and toilet, and serviced my tankless water heater.
