Do not trust their phony reviews. They corrupt to the bone. Look at their BBB reviews. The same scam to destroy your property and charge you for something you don't need. It's all scam. They came for a $49 opening the drain. We accepted to pay $500 for hydro jet. But they claimed the line was totally clogged and they had to replace the pipe for over $4000. We had another plumber come and open the line for $75 without any issues. These people are not human. I don't know how they live with themselves. Someone named Z Ralph (if that's his real name) came initially to set up their scam.

I am a Real Estate Broker and I needed a plumber to close two separate transactions a court order sale and a trust sale. Both clients/ sellers live outside the state. I called my database to find the plumbers I knew were not available or did not service the area where the properties were located. I called several contractors and one of them recommended Graham Plumbing. I called and spoke to Steve, Steve was very courteous and was able to drive to the properties and provide a quote the same day I called. The jobs were completed with 48 hours after the quote. My clients were happy with the prices Graham Plumbing offered and the work that was completed. I was happy I was able to deliver and get done what needed to be done under the circumstances in order for my clients to move on. I am very grateful I was able to work with Graham Plumbing they made my life easier.

I called this young man thru an ad. I was cynical but Thank God for Andy. He came by on a Sunday, fixed a leak and changed out the pressure regulator and got us back on to normality. IMHO, call Andy and save yourself the stress of seeking out a professional and his prices are competitive too. What a great person!!!!

Drain Busters offers quick, dependable and excellent customer service. My boyfriend and I were out of town when we got a call from our neighbors that our upstairs complex we live in had a leak coming into their downstairs home. We're close with the neighbors so we had them take a spare key we left and check on it. We were hours away and had no idea what was wrong and the neighbors couldn't figure it out either. So we called Drain Busters and they came with in the afternoon to assist. They were reasonably priced for the short notice and fixed the problem immediately as they were prepared with the right equipment not event knowing what the issue was. Thanks Drain Busters!

Horrible service. Plumbing team came over to diagnose a a leak and completely missed that a copper pipe had a radiator hose clamp with a rubberband on it. Team did a whole house leak test and tried to convince them to add a blow off valve to the exterior of the house. Also, tried to sell them on the idea of redoing the drainage for the water heater.

After I spoke with the lead team member over the phone, he seemed defensive about the whole issue. He started saying that my parents did not tell him where the leak was at. After that, he said that his team had to be paid for the time they spent at our house which is completely unprofessional.

Team could not find the leak and they just wanted to upsell my parents for everything.

Attached is a radiator hose clamp on a copper pipe which clearly sticks out to the naked eye.

Wasted $ 275 for them to tell us the obvious.

Our tech Alberto and his helper (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) did a great job. I absolutely give them 5 stars. They determined the issue and we’re able to repair it same day once the property owner approved it. The reason I’m not able 5 stars for the company has nothing to do with the service they provided. It has everything to do with another employee which called Alberto while he was in our home. He was calling regarding our repair job. Maybe he didn’t know that I was able to hear him but that’s not really an excuse. After noting black wood in the ceiling and what appeared to be mold I requested a mold inspection from our property management. During this phone call the employee on the other end of the line was making comments about him “not seeing mold but whatever” and joking that Alberto was going to have to stay at our house all night (referring to the fact they had been here most of the day). In an already stressful day I do not appreciate him seemingly making a joke of our situation. I would recommend that in the future maybe leave the “shop talk” for the office as it turns out the inspector did find mold and I wasn’t wrong.

Eric is nothing short of a wonderful person and business man. He took time out of his very busy schedule to guide me through steps regarding a leak and mitigation incident, without even being a customer. He did not ask anything of me, yet was there to answer any and all questions I had. He even referred me to JGB Restoration for repairs. We will definitely be using his company in the future and will refer all friends and family to him. You can tell he cares about his clients and his work.
