Our water heater went out one evening. NexGen had serviced our HVAC system so I got online to see if they service water heaters. I found they did and I was able to make an appointment online for the next morning. Oralndo was on time, friendly, and professional. He inspected the water heater and provided us several options. Due to the age of our existing system we opted to replace with a new tankless system. By 6:30 that night our hot water was restored! Thank you Orlando and NexGen!
