They were totally unable to fix our problem. Paid them $300 to replace the flame sensor because they said we needed it. He replaced that and he still couldn’t get the furnace to work. So the next day he called wanting to come back for a third time, but this time he wanted us to allow him to replace both the memory board ($700)and something else for $300, yet he wanted to be clear that those would be attempts to fix what MAY Be wrong. He said he had called Lennox many times for advice but was unable to get through, so he was assuming it were going to be one of the two suggested parts. He was totally clueless! After that I told him not to come back until he can tell me what the problem actually is. I could’ve watched a YouTube video and called Lennox myself if I wanted to shoot aimlessly into the dark and hope throwing parts at it would eventually stick. 🙄

A refreshing change from other companies that we have used. Fred, Greg and Duncan were professional, efficient, punctual, courteous and a did a fantastic job even with cleanup! Should we need another basement pipe repair, we won't go anywhere else! Thank you so much for such excellent staff!

Called in the morning and even though busy, they were able to fit me in that afternoon. Arrived on time, were very professional and friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. Also thought the price was reasonable. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

I worked with Brock, professional guy and even cleaned up after his self. I would recommend him. Even though, he needs to work on giving out receipts. He did good work.

Had three appointments to inspect a gas line, no one ever showed and when I called the office they seemed confused that I had ever had an appointment with them.
