2 other companies gave me worst case scenarios and barely tried to help me. Called Nelson Bros and Cain got after it in minutes and an hour my nightmare ended in success. Great service and I recommend Nelson Bros Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Called this plumber. He came right away. Said I needed a drain cleaned. OK. Then he said he cleaned two. I paid him. Gave him a nice tip. He said problem was taken care of. The next day, I was experiencing the same problem. I call him (Washington Quinn) and he told me he would come back out for a charge. For the same problem? He was very rude and hung up on me three times. He did not leave a receipt. Now he won't answer my calls. Now all I want is my receipt. I will call another plumber. I will not recommend this plumber to anyone! PS- He bought a kid with him. He played with my grandson - got a goody bag. Nice kid but - to work? Will never use this plumber again-nor tell anyone else to!!!!

Quick same day service. Fair pricing. Did leave a large puddle of bleach water behind though.. overall would recommend

Very dissatisfying and unprofessional I wouldn't recommend this place at all I would recommend they go out of business the plumber called prior to a job expressing his concerns about getting paid without accessing the job on top of wanting me to know about his children in the back seat an how they have to eat very uncalled for why tell a potential customer about how people have cheated him out of $20000 TMI BE AWARE

Showed up early, came in with the knowledge to get the job done. Went over and above to clear out the main drain. Nice personality and easy to ask questions.

I called to enquire about services and the person who answered the phone told me I had the wrong number. I verified that I was speaking to the plumbing company; he replied I was. I repeated my inquiry and the person hung up on me. This is very unprofessional. They do not deserve 1 full star!
