Brock's Plumbing has been my go-to for 10+ years, during which time Ray Brock has installed sump pumps (and replaced ones under warranty at no cost), backup water-driven sump pumps, water heaters, toilets, faucets, and much more in my house. He's totally upfront, fair, and knowledgeable far beyond just plumbing - he and a colleague saved my furnace several years ago for minimal work after I was told I needed a NEW furnace by a big HVAC company. Great guy, great company, great service... I call him first about anything home-repair related; he'll always give me great advice. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Moved into our new condo and had drain problems, first plumber came out twice, my third call was to Bison and I'm so happy and excited I found them. Rick and crew were Rock Stars! I can't praise them enough for getting to the problem and repairing it, at a very reasonable price. If you know anyone having plumbing or drain problems tell them to call Bison...we have shared our Bison story with our friends, family, neighbors and will continue to do so. Any plumbing done here will be done by Bison Plumbing. The best and by far the most reasonably priced!!!

Plumbers were professional. Very nice. Installed my tank. Nowicki Removed the old one from my property. It is very hard to find quality companies willing to work in Detroit.Came again today to install a new toilet. Came early. Got right to work. Very professional. I would recommend them. Cleaned up after themselves.

Worst business I have ever dealt with. Owner Jerome Morgan very rude. So dude I’m not sure why he’s still in business. But I do know he’s connected to the kwame campaign. They still giving him jobs and he don’t know what he’s doing. All factual

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
