William was very knowledgeable and respectful I was very happy with him but unfortunately the prices are extremely high the cost of getting a small leak fixed under the kitchen sink and washers in toilet tank the labor was over $500.00 so I just paid the $59.00 service fee and that was that but I was very happy with William very professional and nice person

$120 to light the pilot to the hot water heater. It’s a push button really? That is ridiculous.

We called this company for 2 of rental houses leaks and plumbing repair, they came same day and fixed both houses professionally rented in few hours, before that we were calling couple other plumbers but no show, thx to this plumbers company our problems was solved quickly 🙏

Mr Rooter was my first call, first mistake. After telling me they need thousands of dollars to dig up my lawn to add a cleanout, I decided to get a second opinion so I called Roto Rooter. The tech (Eric) came out, ran a snake, sent in a camera and showed me my lines all the way to the city sewer line. Very clean other than the first 15' of cast iron leaving my home. He had my sewer flowing in an hour, showed me the video and we discovered there already was a trap in my yard. He's coming back to do a hydro flush in a few days (had to have a different truck) but I can tell you, best call I've made in a long time was calling Roto Rooter. Eric was very professional and saved me thousands of dollars as opposed to digging up my back yard- and for no reason. Had the other company run the camera they would have identified the outdoor access. You saved our holidays Eric- Thank You!!!

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
