Bison Plumbing was outstanding once again. (4th time using their services over the years.)I have an older home, with those pesky galvanized pipes. Yesterday Vern came out to evaluate and gave me a thorough assessment, explanation & estimate of cost. He didn't seem fazed by my questions, and made me feel very comfortable with hisexplanations. Today Joe came and tracked down section by section my problem, replaced the clogged areas with Pex, and also made sure to explain what he was doing & why. I have recommended Bison Plumbing often over the years and the experience I just described is exactly why I recommend them.When a company & their employees take their time to explain everything, are prompt & clean, and provide value for your money then it's a company that I keep coming back to & highly recommend without hesitation.
