I had a plugged toilet. This company sent out a plumber (Gerrard) within 30mins. Gerrard was polite spent a lot of time troubleshooting the problem and explained what he was doing. Even showed me how to use a toilet snake. Great service all around. Will definitely use their service again.

Mike was came out to give me a 2nd opinion and estimate on some sewer/drain work less than 24 hours after I called him. Clearly explained the cost/benefit of my different options, I will definitely be calling him again in the future.

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
