Fast response and good work but very expensive for the service. The quality of their work is good - no problems after and no reason to call them back. I was charged $249 to Reset and Reseal Toilet. To me it would be reasonable at $100, so IMHO it was 2.5X too expensive. My original call was for another issue and while there, they found the toilet was leaking significantly so I told them to go ahead and fix it. I've done this same job myself at least a dozen times and admit it's not a pleasant task. I respect the time and money spent by trades to attain their credentials. But $249? Geez guys, c'mon...

I have used Mango several times. I would request Frank next time. Smart, friendly, and kind (showed me which way my furnace filter should go)..Super nice guy--I wish I had thought to tip him......
