Cregger completed underground and rough plumbing for a new shower, repaired a leak in a heating pipe and replaced valves for me. They are a professional, organized company and they were able to accommodate my need for scheduling the job quickly. Will definitely use them again.

I am a laid off veteran and do not have any money to waste so if you value your money do not ever hire this company under any circumstances, they tell that they charge a $69 fee to come out & the $69 fee goes towards the repair but that was not the truth, they add the $69 to your repair cost. I needed my garbage disposal replaced & they told me that they had to come out to give me a quote which was of course $69, I had my own new garbage disposal & they quoted me a price of $395. If I didn't get the work done I would be responsible to pay the $69. The technician started the job at 12:35 p.m. and was done at 1:05 p.m. now you tell me was that really worth my $395? that wasn't even an hour worth of work. How much do they make per hour, $800? so never use this company, they overcharge you & the hide the fact that they add the service cost into your repair without telling you that over the phone.

Austin and Harold are fantastic, professional plumbers. We recently moved and needed all kinds of work done, including replacement of toilets, redoing the pipe under the kitchen sink so the garbage disposal and dishwasher would work correctly, fixing the leak from the master shower into the basement, installing new fixtures for sinks and showers through-out the house, etc. We have been fortunate to work with Austin and Harold twice before, and we have had other plumbers from Heaney plumbing as well, and every single time these gentlemen check carefully with you to see what you want done, examine the job, and then do it in a most excellent way. Everything is always cleaned up/replaced and the home is better for them being there.

Prices are very fair and the work is excellent. Austin and Harold never try to scam you or oversell - they explain what is needed to be done and then ask you how you want to proceed. I appreciate them so much -- shout out to Liz in the office for all her work with insurance claims! THANK YOU!!!!
