J.D and his crew were the best. J.D explained everything and walked me through what the plan was to get us up and running again. They had to dig up my back yard and basement was allot but he made it so it was not stressful at all and made sure we had running water by the end of the day. I called them because my bathtub flouset was not working. He came I talked to him about the problem and told him about the problem and what's wrong and said I have a new flaucet as well. He spends 5 mins replacing the nozzle from the new one to the old one and charged 100. I thought he was joking for doing something so simple and charging an extreme amount. He was on the phone talking to his friend talking about how how he makes $65 an hour. But the way he rips people of i can tell he's making so much more. I called to complain but Heaney said there is a service charge for just going to your house so it could be why. oI would never call them again in my life and I hope no one else has to deal with this kind of service.
