James from Cregger plumbing did great work for my home. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services and I will use him for future plumbing issues. I only gave them 4 stars because it took 2 weeks just for them to be able to come out and resolve my issue.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Do not deal with this company, especially if you are using American Home Shield. They noted false information on my claim and refuse to fix it. And have not called me back nor fixed the issue. Terrible company. Terrible customer service.

Just after the first night after install I noticed a difference in my water. It just felt cleaner. I live on a lake and have well water so the water can be smelly and slimy. Ever since I’ve gotten the tankless water heater, I haven’t noticed the smell at all and the sliminess of the water has gone away, not completely because we still technically have well water but it definitely has helped it. I also love how much more extra space I have without the big water tank! The guys were able to get the job done pretty fast and we’re super friendly and professional. They know what they’re doing and I would highly recommend going with Tankless Pros.
