Best Broken Pipe in Detroit MI

Called this plumber. He came right away. Said I needed a drain cleaned. OK. Then he said he cleaned two. I paid him. Gave him a nice tip. He said problem was taken care of. The next day, I was experiencing the same problem. I call him (Washington Quinn) and he told me he would come back out for a charge. For the same problem? He was very rude and hung up on me three times. He did not leave a receipt. Now he won't answer my calls. Now all I want is my receipt. I will call another plumber. I will not recommend this plumber to anyone! PS- He bought a kid with him. He played with my grandson - got a goody bag. Nice kid but - to work? Will never use this plumber again-nor tell anyone else to!!!!

Great experience!! Submitted an online request for service and received a call from the scheduler at 7:30am and the technician was already on his way. When Wayne arrived was very pleasant and respectful of my home. I explained the situation and he gave me the suggested options with upfront cost. Once service started he even invited me to view the camera with him so we could determine the problem together. Not only did he leave my home as it was when he arrived but gave me a few pointers for maintenance on my pipes. If I ever need plumbing services again I will be going with Roto-rooter and requesting Wayne as my tech. Great experience from start to finish.

Rob is Absolutely the best plumber I have ever had work on my home and rental units. He is a real professional. He cares about his job and his customers. He works fast and does a great job! I have never had a problem with any work Rob has done for me.

I called to enquire about services and the person who answered the phone told me I had the wrong number. I verified that I was speaking to the plumbing company; he replied I was. I repeated my inquiry and the person hung up on me. This is very unprofessional. They do not deserve 1 full star!

Professional service from the receptionist to the technicians. They replaced a part and fixed some wiring on my central air. They were very knowledgeable and fixed it in a timely manner. And unlike most contractors didnt try to drain my bank account. They did a great job at an honest price. Great dane heating and cooling should try that maybe they would get return customers. Highly recommend would use again.

My sink's leak was expertly repaired by this plumber, and everything is functioning perfectly once again. These guys were great and we will be using them again. Highly recommend.
